Chaparral’s third generation external RAID
controller delivers industry leading bandwidth and
throughput, capable of greater than 180 MB/Sec and 15,000
IOPs. The
enclosure is backed with over twenty-five years of
experience in subsystem design and ISO 9001 manufacturing
and is scalable to 580 GB in just 2U
of
19” rack space (using 73 GB HDDs).
Adding optional expansion enclosures allows the
user to scale to nearly 2 TB
of
fault tolerant storage in just 8U of
19”
rack space. The
SRS108 is designed for maximum performance and
uncompromised data reliability, perfect for environments

performance,
